Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers lovely views over the vineyards and modern rooms with small kitchenettes, but the lack of air conditioning can make nights uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive, providing a welcoming service. The location is amidst picturesque vineyards in rural France, ideal for exploring the surrounding areas. Dining options vary from buffet style to more limited selections, and the facilities are well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The fresh and modern rooms in the annex, which used to be an old barn, were a pleasant surprise. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food at the restaurant exceeded my expectations. However, the price was a bit on the higher side. Overall, a great experience!
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, with a modern-cheap style, felt bright like Ikea, but not very substantial. The service was top-notch, with attentive and helpful staff, but the restaurant seemed understaffed. The location, nestled among vineyards but close to the motorway network, was peaceful and beautifully renovated, although there were uncomfortable chairs and pricey house wine. Dining, though with Spanish dishes, was a bit disappointing with a small selection. Overall, a quiet vineyard setting with a few minor issues.
I absolutely loved my stay at the chateau! The rooms were spacious and very bright with a stunning view of the castle and vineyards, and having a private garden was such a special touch. However, the lack of air conditioning made it quite uncomfortable at night, but that won't stop me from coming back. The service was top-notch, with a gorgeous vegetarian option provided by the delightful and helpful staff who even went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The location was peaceful among the vineyards, within a short drive from the motorway network, and the onsite restaurant at La Maison d'Olivier Leflaive was a real treat. The dining experience was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options, though the price for the house wine was a bit steep. The facilities, including the pool and private terrace, were nicely done and added to the overall charm of the chateau.
Staying in the chateau with a private garden, the hotel offers rooms with 2 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. While the decor may not suit everyone's taste, I found the layout to be unique. However, I wished for a more formal sofa and a larger, easier-to-view TV.
